Earn the Seal

It is a new day for mortgage brokers! The Iowa Association of Mortgage Brokers (IAAMB) and The National Association of Mortgage Brokers (NAMB) welcomes you to becoming a Lending Integrity Mortgage Professional.

By earning the Lending Integrity Seal of Approval, you are setting yourself apart from others in the industry!!

Only IAAMB/NAMB Professional Members and the Loan Originator Members are eligible to display the seal.

This Seal is for individual use only-- your company can use this ONLY WHEN ALL LOAN ORIGINATORS THAT WORK FOR YOU ARE CERTIFIED TO USE THE SEAL!

To Earn the Seal as a Current Member you need to submit the following forms:

1. Cover Letter
2. Education Verification (proofing 6 hours of Education with 2 hours of Ethics every other year)
3. Lending Integrity License Agreement
4. For Loan Originators- LO Letter of Reference in Lieu of a background check
5. For Professional Members- Renewing Professional Member Form on Company Letterhead
6. Proof of State Registration (this can be printed from the IDOB website to prove your State Registration number)

To Earn the Seal as a New Member you need to submit the following forms:

1. Cover Letter
2. Education Verification (proving 6 hours of Education with 2 hours of Ethics every other year)
3. Lending Integrity License Agreement
4. For Loan Originators- 3 letters of Reference from the Mortgage Industry- Including the owner of the company in which you work
5. For Professional Members- 3 letters of Reference from the Mortgage Industry
6. Proof of State Registration (this can be printed from the IDOB website to prove your State Registration number)
