Whether home is Dubuque, Davenport, Council Bluffs, Sioux City or Des Moines get to know us! We're the Iowa Association of Mortgage Brokers (IAAMB), a growing non-profit professional organization formed to promote a positive origination and lending environment for mortgage brokers and consumers. Our members are experienced and ready to help you with all your mortgage needs.
The association provides education, supports legislative initiatives, encourages high standards of professional ethics and integrity from its members, and promotes these principles throughout the state.
Our Goals Are Simple:
-
Educate the Broker Mortgage with NAMB Approved Education classes
-
Lobbying for the Broker
-
Networking for the Mortgage Broker with Lenders to increase business
-
Protect the Broker and the Consumer Rights through all the above methods
The Iowa Association of Mortgage Brokers represents the interests of Iowa Mortgage Brokers on both a State and National level.
The IAAMB brings together real estate attorneys, appraisers, title companies, credit reporting companies, mortgage bankers, mortgage brokers, flood certification companies, mortgage information vendors, etc. to help you.
As a Consumer, we hope that you will use a member of the Iowa Association of Mortgage Brokers. Ask your local Mortgage Broker, if they are a member of the Association and look for their membership certificates and the IAAMB logo on the website/marketing materials.
